So what’s your why? ⁣

Do I run? YES….out of motivation, out of focus, out of energy….⁣⁣

And over the past 47 years I’ve learned some things…⁣

No one, and I mean NO ONE naturally has any of those things. ⁣

It’s all self created. ⁣

So the next time you think you’re too tired to get up and move, or you lack the energy to get out of bed and go for that run you promised yourself, or you can’t seem to focus on your goal and therefore never reach it? ⁣

Remember this….. we all feel like that, we all lack motivation, we all lose focus. ⁣⁣

The only difference between those that push thru it and do the hard things anyway…is their WHY! ⁣⁣

The reason they do it NO MATTER WHAT is that their reason for doing it is so big and so important to them that the way they feel doesn’t matter. ⁣

So what’s your why? ⁣

Make it BIG and read it daily…because without it, the way you feel will win every time.
