What if I told you that having a daily list of specific actions is the real secret behind great health and wellness? ⁣

When i was younger, I was told to go to bed at a certain time, wake up at a certain time, do my homework after school, eat dinner at a regular hour, shower, even play with my friends at a specific time. ⁣

Yet what about us as adults? ⁣

Many of us do not have a set daily routine and we ‘wing’ our day. ⁣

We have no idea what we are going to do when we wake up each morning because we have not thought about creating a schedule to adhere to. ⁣

As a result, many of us feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed and like we are falling short of our goals and true potential. ⁣

The answer lies in carefully designing a routine that works best for each of us, one which helps us be productive, in control, and be the best person we can possibly be.⁣

I used to view having a routine as being boring, rigid, and stifling, and I know that many people share this view. ⁣

They live their lives in a capricious and whimsical manner, believing that it frees them somehow. ⁣

On the contrary, I have learned that designing and adhering to a personal daily routine is the path to freedom, productivity, happiness, and fulfilling our true potential. ⁣

A planned daily routine created around what we want in our life is what develops lifelong habits that progressively help us get to our desired goals. ⁣

If I woke up without a planned time to workout, it would never happen! ⁣

If I woke up without a plan to eat better, there would never be anything healthy in my kitchen. ⁣

You get the idea. ⁣

It’s our daily ACTIONS that produce RESULTS. 🙌🏼⁣⁣

Everyone knows this, yet most of us don’t know how to bring this to life in our life. ⁣
