As a teenager, I had already begun to make fitness my career. And let me tell you – three decades in the industry will teach you a lot about the importance of self-love.

In fitness, and in every aspect of my life, I move with intention. In fitness, I find my power – and the confidence to shine from within.

Who am I?

Some of you know me well, and others are a bit newer to the party (welcome, by the way)! 🤗⁣Every now and again I like to use a post just to remind my followers exactly what it is I’m doing here…

Consistency is key.

When you decide to do something, don’t sell yourself short by giving up early. Set a plan and stick to it. Then when you feel like giving up, dig deep and find the passion that motivated you in the first place. You’ll likely find what you’re really made of is really beautiful.
